Life can sometimes feel overwhelming, and all of us need help to navigate life's events from time to time. You may have found my website having experienced a big change in your life, or a bereavement; you might be feeling low or anxious; you may have felt this many times before, or you might be experiencing this for the first time; you might want to talk things through with someone outside your friends and family.
As a psychotherapist and counsellor, I can offer you an opportunity to explore at your own pace, in a safe and compassionate environment, what is happening for you at the moment, or what has happened to you in the past. We will explore your thoughts and feelings about it with curiosity, and notice how it impacts you. Working in this way can help you to make sense of your experiences, leading to healing.

WHO AM I?
I am a psychotherapist and psychotherapeutic counsellor, based in Devizes, North Wiltshire. My practice is easily accessible from Calne, Avebury, Pewsey, Market Lavington, Swindon and the surrounding villages. I work in a warm, supportive and client focused way, offering you a safe space to explore what is troubling you. I work weekly with adult clients on a long or short term basis.
My practice is based in quiet office at Renelec House, New Park Street. My therapy room is a calm, soothing and welcoming space, beautifully designed to be a comfortable space for your therapy. I can also work online, using Zoom. Please look around my website for more information.
